Better People = A Better Company
Operating under the belief that the company with the best people wins, Ajax invests in workforce development at a very high level. Our featured learning program is Ajax University, where colleagues who wish to advance can take technical college courses in manufacturing. Graduates of this program are celebrated.
This is just one of the ways we assure our customers that the people who are manufacturing parts at Ajax are qualified, motivated, and striving to be the best in the business. They also represent tomorrow’s Ajax leadership, so the investments we make in our workforce are investments in our company’s future success.
