Ajax Hosts MN Dept. Of Labor & Industry

Ajax Vice President of Operations Brandon Holmes helps train Ajax colleagues

Ajax Metal Forming Solutions supports the MN Department of Labor & Industry’s efforts to draw new apprentices into the workforce.

Ajax recently welcomed the Outreach and Education team from the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) to help expand awareness of DLI’s apprenticeship programs. The DLI photographer captured some great moments on our plant floor, highlighting the skill, dedication, and teamwork that drive our success. As a growing manufacturer, we at Ajax know that apprenticeships are vital to building and sustaining a strong, capable workforce. We appreciate the DLI team’s commitment to connecting manufacturers with qualified applicants through high-impact apprenticeship programs. Thanks for visiting, DLI! We appreciate your efforts to widen Minnesota’s talent pipeline and are proud to support these initiatives that sustain the future of manufacturing.
